First Glance:
This bootleg is actually well-enough made that it's not immediately apparent that it's not authentic.  The Closer Look section points out some differences between

1.  The bootleg version lacks the authentic Toei sticker.  Note:  The Toei sticker is at the bottom right on the front of the box.  As far as I know, the sticker is always silver.
2.  The bootleg version lacks the "Figuarts Zero" text.  The top left of the box (of the front and side, at least) is empty on the bootleg version whereas it has the "Figuarts Zero" logo on the authentic version.

1.  There is a noticeable seam where Sailor Moon's bangs meet the rest of her hair on the bootleg figure.  There doesn't appear to be a seam on the authentic version.  If there is a seam, then it's not noticeable on the authentic version.
2.  The lines on the back of the bootleg's collar do not line up.  The lines on the authentic version line up with the rest of the collar.
3.  The colors appear to be "off" on the bootleg version.  The blue on her skirt and collar aren't as deep and appear to be a little "yellowish."  The red on her boots, bows, and accessories are not as deep or as shiny as the authentic version.  (Note:  these differences may be due to the camera/lightning used to take the pictures, but other versions seem to exhibit the same color differences.)
